There are no additional terms, no service-level agreement, and no
support contract attached to the binary itself.

The software is provided **"as is" without warranty of any kind**,
express or implied. In no event will the authors or contributors be
liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from its use.

The website (`commitbrief.com` and any associated subdomains) is
provided for informational purposes. Documentation accuracy is
best-effort; the authoritative source is the version of CommitBrief
installed on your machine and its `--help` output.

External links to providers, registries, or third-party tools are
provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse those sites.

## Trademarks

"CommitBrief" and the project's logo are the project's marks. You may
reference them in articles, talks, and tutorials. You may not use them
